Has completed one of the most anticipated events by the Gamer community, nothing more and nothing less than The Game Awards 2018, which is basically the Oscars but with videogames, so obviously I could not afford to miss this special event related to one of my favorite pastimes.

The exclusive videogame of the Playstation 4 console God of War has won the Video Game of the Year award at the event, something that in my opinion is well merited. Also it is necessary to mention that it was not the unique one, since it received two more prizes: Better Game of Action and Better Direction of Game.

Red Dead Redemption 2 also received several awards which are: Best Narrative, Best Performance, Best Soundtrack and Best Audio Design. Also an independent videogame called Celeste received the award for Best Independent Game, Monster Hunter: World received the Best RPG award.

As a curious fact, the event was attended by the Muppet Pepe the King Prawn which during 90% of his time at the event was taking selfies together with the content creator Ninja and the public. (what?)

Of the World Premiere I must clarify that I was only struck by Mortal Kombat 11 (yes, the video game is not suitable for sensitive public) and Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, a remastering of the racing game that I loved playing on the Playstation during my childhood (in the end the rumors were true).

The rest did not appeal to me so much (except The Pathless and as for the subject I refer to videogames not officially announced in dates before the event, although I must clarify that see new trailer for future releases like Devil May Cry 5 or Anthem was something striking).
